SFARI Investigator Website

Alan C. Evans’s laboratory (ACELab) was established in 1984, when he moved to the Montreal Neurological Institute at McGill University. The laboratory has made pioneering contributions to multimodal brain imaging with positron emission tomography (PET) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), image processing and large-scale brain database analysis as well as cutting edge 3-D computer imaging techniques. Evans continues to foster a research and training environment to use these methods to address long-standing questions about brain development and neurodegenerative diseases.
