Nicole Coman joined Autism BrainNet in 2016 and is a member of the clinical team. She conducts clinical interviews with donor families and gathers additional clinical information about the Autism BrainNet donors. Coman is a licensed psychologist in the Boston area. She received her educational specialist degree (Ed.S.) in school psychology from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Additionally, she also holds a master’s degree (M.S.Ed.) in school psychology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Coman has worked with individuals and their families on the autism spectrum for over 20 years. She currently has a private practice in the Boston area in which she conducts evaluations and provides consultation to children and their families. Previously, Coman worked in the Developmental Medicine Center at Boston Children’s Hospital for several years, and prior to moving to Boston, she worked at the University of Miami Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) conducting research, evaluations and consultations to the autism community.
