Mentor: Anthony Fischer (Dougherty Lab)

Lily Meyer is a third-year student at Webster University in St. Louis pursuing a dual major in biological sciences and psychological science. She has always maintained an interest in scientific research and has worked as a research intern at Pluton Biosciences. She holds a fervent curiosity of the world, asking questions and desiring to unravel the complexities of genetic phenomena. She aspires to someday pursue a career in neurological research and is dedicated to developing a strong understanding of the field and having a hand in its future. Lily is looking forward to utilizing the opportunities present in this fellowship and making the most of every step in the process.
