Kristina Aksovski is an undergraduate student currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience at Michigan State University. Her academic journey at the university has been fueled by a deep interest in understanding the complexities of the human brain.

As an affiliate of Michigan State University’s College of Natural Science, Kristina is actively involved in research and coursework that explores the various aspects of neurobiology and its implications on human cognition, specifically concerning the cognitive behaviors of individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Her time at Michigan State University has provided her with valuable experiences and a strong educational background that continues to shape her growing career in the scientific realm.

Guided by her aspirations of becoming a neurosurgeon and desire to make a positive impact, Kristina remains courteous in her pursuit of knowledge. She values the support and insights shared by her professors and peers, recognizing the importance of collaboration and learning from others in her field. As she progresses on her academic journey, Kristina aspires to contribute meaningfully to the evolving field of neuroscience, striving to unravel the enigmas of the brain and advance the understanding of human health and well-being.
