Dalila Pinto’s laboratory focuses on identifying genes and biological pathways underlying neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism, epilepsy and schizophrenia. Using assessments of genetic, epigenetic and clinical data, along with high-throughput experimental and bioinformatics methodologies, the Pinto laboratory aims to identify novel risk factors and uncover mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental disorders.
