Dear Colleagues,

I am writing to let you know that I plan to leave SFARI this coming October. SFARI has made important advances during the past seven years. Recent advances in technology, research and therapeutic opportunities make this an apropos time for a transition to new leadership.

The Simons Foundation has created a search committee to identify a new director, which I anticipate will happen during the next year.

We are all committed here to making the leadership transition seamless. If you have suggestions related to recruitment of the new SFARI director, please send them to [email protected].
