Vincent Myers facilitates communications-related activities for SPARK including the management and monitoring of the initiative’s social media channels. He also liaises with the initiative’s marketing partner on the creation of new campaigns and recruitment materials and works with community organizations and clinical sites on building out their recruitment efforts.
Before joining the Simons Foundation in 2015, he worked at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF), first in development and later as patient registry research senior coordinator. As a research coordinator, Myers managed CFF’s comparative effectiveness research efforts and requests for use of patient-registry data and led the redesign of the CFF annual registry data report. He received a B.A. in communication and rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.Sc. in health communication from Boston University.
