Denis G. Sukhodolsky is an Associate Professor and Director of the Evidence-Based Practice Unit at the Yale Child Study Center. His research concerns the efficacy and neural mechanisms of behavioral treatments for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Sukhodolsky is Principal Investigator of a study of cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety in children with ASD that is funded by an R01 award from the National Institute for Child Health and Human Development and a SFARI-funded study of pivotal response training with oxytocin. He has also served as an investigator in the Research Units of Pediatric Psychopharmacology (RUPP) Autism Network studies of parent training for irritability and noncompliance in children with ASD.

 In addition to his research, Sukhodolsky is a licensed and board-certified clinical psychologist working with children and their families at the Yale Child Study Center.
