Alexandra Goler joined the Simons Foundation in June 2021 as a research assistant for SPARK (Simons Foundation Powering Autism Research). She supports the genomics team in returning genetic results to people with autism and their families in SPARK. Before joining the foundation, Goler interned as a physiology data analyst for the Nurture Science Program at Columbia University Medical Center. Her previous experience also includes compiling a systematic review of the early neuroanatomical development of autism spectrum disorder at DIS Stockholm. Goler holds a B.S. in neuroscience from Lafayette College, where she completed an honors thesis on the neuroscience of activism and radicalism. Goler’s interests lie in developmental neuroscience and neuropsychology.
